I.W. Bison Company was founded in the early 1980s and has earned a reputation for providing professional and economical reconstruction services exclusively to community associations. I.W. Bison Company has become known as an expert with the necessary integrity and experience to provide total and thorough reconstruction management services.

Brian Smith – (Principal / Senior Project Manager) as founder of I.W. Bison, Brian has been successfully completing projects in the San Francisco Bay Area and outlying regions for the past 25+ years. He enables any client to achieve their construction goals through his wide range of industry experience in the entire construction management process. His broad-based expertise in all methods of construction and construction administration ensures strong, professional leadership and a successful project outcome.
Roxanne Smith – (Chief Operating Officer) with 25 years of operations management experience as a chief operations officer for various sized customer service oriented businesses. Roxanne oversees business operations including project development and client services. Roxanne's understanding of client needs dedication to quality project outcomes helps keep projects on track. Roxanne has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, is a licensed Real Estate Agent, and has overseen the construction of multiple commercial and residential projects.
